Refund & Return Policy

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • You can modify your order information (such as color, size, shipping address, phone number) or cancel the order within 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
  • If you insist on canceling the order, a 30%-50% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover storage, order preparation, and shipping costs.

14-Day Return Policy

You can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your Drelux Lighting order (excluding return shipping costs). All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all accessories. Additionally, return refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.

Ineligible for Returns

  • Customized or personalized lamps.
  • All accessories.
  • Large orders of the same product (three or more of the same lamp) are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Return Process

  • Send an email describing the return reason and the item you wish to return to [email protected].
  • We will respond to your return request within 24 hours (24-48 hours during weekends and holidays). Once approved, you will receive a return approval email. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
  • Once approved, please return the item promptly. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • After shipping the item, please email the tracking number, tracking URL, and photos (including the item in its box) to confirm it belongs to Drelux Lighting.
  • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 48 hours. If eligible, a refund will be issued; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Orders shipped with expedited shipping are non-refundable for shipping fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. Customers are responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs. Please check your lamp upon delivery and confirm it is in good condition within one week of receipt.

Return Address

We will provide the nearest return address based on your location. Once your return request is approved, please contact [email protected] to receive the return address and instructions. Returns made without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds may take up to 5 working days to process to your original payment method (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit Card: 3-5 days). Amounts may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply if the return period has expired or under the following conditions:

  1. Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  2. Finding a better price elsewhere
  3. Items purchased by mistake or no longer needed

Restocking fees depend on the return period and item condition:

  1. Change of mind within return period, item in original condition: 20% restocking fee.
  2. Item returned within return period but damaged or altered: up to 50% restocking fee.
  3. Returns after return period (original condition): up to 80% restocking fee.
  4. Returns after return period (damaged/non-conforming): up to 100% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods During Return Shipping

Please wrap returned lamps carefully. We cannot refund items damaged during return shipping. In such cases, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and notify us. Damaged items will be kept for 30 days.

Manufacturer Defects

Drelux Lighting reserves the right to repair any lamp with a manufacturing defect. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
